SaaS platform for email, SMS, events, surveys and marketing automation serving 1,500 organisations
- Promoted from Full-Stack Developer after just over two years; lead engineering planning, prioritisation and delivery across a team of five in-house developers and external consultants while continuing to ship production code personally.
- Translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications, architectural decisions and actionable development plans, performing solution architecture and product ownership responsibilities within a small cross-functional organisation.
- Own technical operations end to end: production incident response, SMTP infrastructure, DNS stability, email deliverability and database operations for a platform whose core value proposition is time-critical message delivery.
- Coordinate engineering work directly with management, sales, support and customer-facing stakeholders, translating between technical constraints and commercial priorities.
- Drive modernisation of CI/CD, automated testing, internal automation and AI-assisted development practices across the team.
Full-Stack Developer · Paloma In Sweden AB
- Migrated legacy Razor Pages applications to a React and Web API architecture, delivering a modern frontend to the entire customer base without disrupting live service.
- Planned and built the shared React component architecture in TypeScript with RTK Query, React Hook Form, Vite, Vitest, and MSW, establishing reusable patterns and a testing baseline for the whole frontend team.
- Ported a legacy Java 6 system from CentOS to modern C#/.NET infrastructure, enabling decommissioning of obsolete servers and consolidating the backend ecosystem onto a single maintainable stack.
- Designed and delivered the first phase of generative-AI functionality in Paloma’s newsletter editor, including customer-specific context handling and model-usage cost controls.
- Expanded automated test coverage and internal automation across critical paths, replacing repetitive manual verification and preventing regressions in revenue-critical features.
- Served as second-line escalation for advanced technical support, database operations, email deliverability issues, and critical production fixes.

- Real-time platform that evaluates market conditions and executes automated strategies across approximately 50 assets simultaneously, with dashboards for balances, trade history, portfolio tracking, and strategy performance.
- Sole developer across frontend, backend, persistence, real-time communication, deployment, and ongoing operations.
PepegaClapBot · Livestream automation platform
- Built and operated a multi-tenant platform used by around ten Twitch.tv live streamers to automate live-chat moderation and audience-engagement workflows.
- Processed over 170M chat messages from more than 230K unique Twitch.tv users in continuous production over five years.
- Owned the product end-to-end: development, infrastructure, third-party integrations, deployment, and day-to-day operation.
